I've just got some lowfat cookies in the oven.  Chocolate chip.  Well, not quite "chip."  I had a bar of Lindt's Dark Chocolate with Chili in it, and I chopped that up and put it in there, since I didn't have any chips.  I know that probably defeats the whole "low-fat" bit of it, but it's so good!

My nephew is super cute.  He's over a week old now :)  I got to hold him the other day, and he was bobbing his little head around like Stevie Wonder!

I look a little stoned, but I just have this habit of kind of partially closing my eyes for pictures.  Oh well!  I don't care, he's a cutie!

Work is going alright.  I went a week without working at my second job, so that kind of sucks.  I did need the rest though.  I was beat from the cold I just got over.  I've still got the cough that just won't quit.  Oh well.  I'll make the money up elsewhere, I suppose.

Matt and I's 1 year anniversary is on Saturday.  I got his present in the mail the other day, but he only let me open my cookies and nothing else :P  I had a little delay in his present so I just sent it out today.  Hopefully it gets there by Saturday, but I'm not holding my breath...
On the immigration front - nada as of yet.  :(  I know, we have a lot of waiting left, but I was hoping they'd at least have done SOMETHING with it!
